This amazing one bedroom apartment is spread over 141 sqm and has capacity for 4.
It is located on the ground floor of Grandeur Residences in Palm Jumeirah.
The living room features two large grey sofas, one is a double sofa bed. The room also includes a coffee table, and a wooden TV unit with a TV on top, side tables, a grey ruh, and beautiful paintings and decoration.
The room is naturally well-lit thanks to extensive glass doors giving access to a private balcony.
Next to the living room is a large dining table with 6 chairs, with a mirror on the side, and a serving hatch to the kitchen.
The kitchen at the apartment is nicely filled with white cabinets and granite countertops. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and more.
Inside is the master bedroom. It has a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, night tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and an armchair. The private bathroom connected to the room includes a bathtub, a toilet and two washbasins, and amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like soap, towels, toilet paper, and more.
There is a second bathroom that has a toilet and a washbasin.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Transport nearby: The Grandeur Residences are located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. - Public transportation on Palm Jumeirah includes a monorail that connects the island to mainland Dubai. More specifically, the monorail takes you from the Atlantis to the Gateway station at the entrance of The Palm. - One can also travel via Dubai tram (or light rail) that connects residents to places like Dubai Marina and JBR. - Taxis are also readily available near the sub-community. The Palm is in the heart of Dubai with easy access to Sheikh Zayed road, a fast way to travel all around the city. It is very close to Dubai Marina buzzing area, yet far from city congestions and noises. In other words, a prime location for a relaxing getaway in this vital city. Madinat Jumeirah and its souk, water canals, beach, and restaurants are also a 5- minute drive away if you’re longing for a change. However, the Palm embodies so many attraction sites that could keep you busy for a good part of your stay. There are tens of options for casual or chic lunch and dining, only minutes away walking. That includes the new Azure restaurant spot on the beach with view on Burj al Arab, and Sheikh's island where you can find extremely diverse options from Ethiopian to Greek to middle eastern cuisines, as well as a variety of fish and meat restaurants.

- The pool at Grandeur Residences is closed for renovation. The estimated time it will be open is on March 6, 2024.
