This cute studio is spread over 40 sqm, and has capacity for 2 guests. It is elegantly furnished and decorated. It features a light-green wall, and colorful accessories.
The studio includes a light grey armchair, a queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens, a rug of grey shades, and a TV unit topped with a flat-screen TV. Next to the sleeping area is a panoramic glass door giving access to a small balcony, furnished with two chairs and a table, for you to enjoy your morning coffee in front of the sea.

The kitchen is tiny but neatly organized, and includes dishes and silverware, freezer, fridge, oven, wine glasses, and electric stove. It is beautifully decorated with hidden LED lights, giving a fresh atmosphere to the place.
There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub, a large mirror, a toilet and a wash basin. It includes all amenities you might need such as cleaning products, and essentials like shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, and more.

The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

- BUS STATIONS NEAR SKYVIEW TOWER:
Jumeirah, Royal Meridian 2 Bus Stop is right in front of the building’s entrance. It is serviced by buses 8, 84, and N55.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR SKYVIEW TOWER:
To travel by metro, one has to reach DMCC Metro Station, which is served by the Red Line. It is about a 5-minute drive away from the building.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.
