We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Murato, this charming air-conditioned flat, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom and you can enjoy a share garden of about 60 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, corner sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: one bunk bed and one pull-out bed (sleeps 3)
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside, a terrace and a shared garden.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, umbrella bed.

The flat is ideally located in Murato, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in the heart of the village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Walking, cycling...
- Path of maquis to discover the vineyards and olive groves.
- In St Florent, all water activities are present: diving, jet ski, water ski...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the residence.
