We offer you for rent a high standing one-bedroom apartment located on the 13th floor of a contemporary building. Located in the immediate area of La Part-Dieu, it offers access to restaurants, transport, shops and the train station.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The Sky Avenue consists of an entrance, serving a laundry room, a large bathroom with shower, a separate Japanese toilet, a large bedroom with quality bedding as well as large storage cupboards, a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 persons, a luxurious open and fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in light thanks to the double exposure and the high floor.

You will be seduced by the quality of the top-of-the-range equipment, as well as the neat and original decoration.
One of the main assets of this apartment is the incredible view, which can be admired from the large terrace accessible from each room. You can relax on the outdoor sofa, or take your meals on the magnificent wooden table facing Mont Blanc.

You will also have access to a gym room at your disposal in the building as well as a private and closed garage.

- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
