This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has recently been updated with fresh paint throughout, custom walk-in showers in both bathrooms, new furniture, and décor! The open concept living space is perfect for entertianing guests. The living room features a flat-screen tv and queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a Keurig & classic drip coffee maker, and is fully stocked with all cooking essentials to create your favorite meal. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen tv, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest room features a king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and private bath access with a walk-in shower. The baclsony in the back of the unit is perfect for sunset viewings, while the front balcony is perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds chirping. The outdoor pool is heated for colder nights and has an amazing view of the beach! Speaking of the beach, feel the sand under your feet within mere minutes as Sandpiper is a beachfront property! This unit is located on the third floor of the Sandpiper complex in Gulf Shores. Sandpiper is a low-density complex with only 48 units. Its unique V-shaped layout and shared common areas create a laid-back and friendly atmosphere. The mature palms and lush green landscape combined with the gorgeous crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches are sure to make you feel like you are in paradise! * Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Max 2 vehicles allowed.

Peaceful and beachy

The condo was clean and roomy, right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. There were several families in the complex and they were respectful of the property. We stayed during Spring Break and there wasn’t any real partying where we were, which was nice! We would stay here again!

Our accommodations were clean and right on the beach. Our microwave broke and they brought a new one within 3hrs. We were very happy with everything.

One of the best vacations!

The property was clean and welcoming. There was plenty of linens. Decorations were very nice and not overbearing. The only complaint I have as well as the group was the furniture is not good for older people to low and deep. Also the furniture on the deck needs to be marked with the room number and there should be at least 4 chairs. Thank you!

Great location.

Other visitors don’t follow rules, smoke on premises, very loud our last night. Very close walk to the beach, pool was nice. No long waits for elevator

A great time!

We had such a great time! Check in was easy. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our Keurig broke the first morning there and they had a brand new Keurig/coffee pot combo there within the hour. There were other families there with children, so my child was able to make new friends. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the property to anyone wanting to vacation in the area.
