Teton Valley family escape

What a tremendous and gorgeous property. Our family truly loved it. We were looking for a place on the Teton River close to Teton Valley Lodge and this was the perfect location. Allowed us to enjoy a true family vacation.

Nice house on the Teton river

I stayed here for a week. The house has great views and a fully stocked catch and release pond behind it churning with 20+ inch rainbow trout. You can catch fish nonstop till your arm hurts. The linens need to be replaced consider bringing your own.

GARBAGE - Please gather all you bagged garbage and leave in the large can outside
HEAT & COOLING - Electric heat thermostats on wall. Open windows and use fans for cooling
GRILL - Please clean the grill after use
ON YOUR DEPARTURE PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING -
Leave used beds unmade.
Load dishwasher and start cycle.
If no dishwasher please wash them by hand.
Bag up all garbage and leave in large garbage can or dumpster
Close and lock all windows and doors, return keys to lock box if applicable and return remotes to the TV
DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE GATHERED ALL YOUR BELONGINGS!
We are unable to mail them back to you if forgotten!!
SNOWPLOW - All plowing is done by private contract, after 3-4 inches have accumulated. Snow shovels in garage or on porch
