This cozy studio has a sleek interior. It is located on the 18th floor of Indigo Tower, has a total area of 51 sqm, and capacity for 2.
The main room features a white queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and green bed covers, matching cushions and rug, nightstands with lamps, wardrobe, as well as paintings and decorations. The room also includes a chest of drawers topped with a TV, as well as a rocking chair with a side table, and a small dining table with two chairs.
The room is well-lit, as the wall-to-wall glass doors let in natural light, and gives access to a private balcony overlooking the breathtaking lake views from above.
Next to the living / sleeping area is a nice kitchen filled with wooden cabinets and black countertops, and has all equipment and tools you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, wine glasses, and a stove.
There is one bathroom at the unit; it includes a bathtub with curtain, a washbasin and a toilet, as well as amenities like cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Located in Cluster D of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Indigo Tower is a 35-story mixed-use structure with a variety of different names. There is a communal gym and steam room in the complex, as well as an adult-sized and children's swimming pool. There are several elevators in the high-rise building, which is designed to serve the needs of its many inhabitants and tenants. Along with a well-appointed lobby and a dedicated maintenance staff, the building also provides round-the-clock security. The intersection of Sheikh Zayed Road and First Al Khail Road lies near the skyscraper.
Major landmarks in the area include: The Walk JBR, Emirates Golf Club, and Aquaventure Waterpark.
Residents of the tower can have easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, which connects all the emirates. There are also several stops for busses, metro and trams nearby.
- BUS STATIONS NEAR INDIGO TOWER:
The nearest stop to the building is the Indigo Tower 2 bus stop located right outside. Other bus stops nearby include Dubai Arch Tower stop at a 4-minute drive and Tiffany Tower at a 9-minute drive. There is also a stop outside the Al Ghurair Giga Gold Refinery which is located 9 minutes away by car.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR INDIGO TOWER:
The building is located at a 5-minute walk from DMCC Metro Station 1. Another Red Line metro station nearby is the DAMAC Properties Metro Station at a 10-minute drive. The Nakheel Harbour and Tower station is located at a 14-minute drive.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR INDIGO TOWER:
The nearest tram stop is the Jumeirah Lake Towers community stop. Other nearby stations residents can drive to include Dubai Marina Mall and Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 located 11 minutes away.

Jumeirah Lake Towers, commonly known as JLT, is a sought-after mixed-use community of Dubai. A project of Dubai Multi Commodities Center – DMCC, it is set around four man-made lakes and an area for parkland. With an easygoing community vibe and a range of amenities, JLT has become an ideal residential community for families as well as individuals who want to live close to the bustling Dubai Marina.Main attractions in the area include: Dubai Marina Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, JBR Beach, Phobia Dubai, Escape Quest, JLT Park, and a wide range of restaurants and cafés in the area.The community offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road that makes the rest of Dubai more reachable. The residential hubs like Dubai Marina and JBR are minutes away from JLT if you are driving via First Al Khail Street. Also, There is the DMCC Metro Station which is right next to Cluster D and then the Sobha Realty Metro Station next to Cluster S. For other clusters there are the feeder buses JLT1 and JLT2 which are conveniently dotted through the area.
