Le Love Secret - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Agde, this charming air-conditioned studio with a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 12 m², an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 12 m² with TV, dining area and double bed (140x190)
- A kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace of 8 m² with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the naturist village of Cap d'Agde, in a very pleasant environment, with a view on the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Nautical activities : boat rides to visit the marine reserve of Fort Brescou, paddle, jet-ski etc..
- Fishing.
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of regional products.
- Visit of the city of Agde : Cathedral Saint-Etienne, museums, river port etc..
- Hike to the Mont-Saint-Loup, Bagnas lock.
- Outings to the theater, cinema and arenas, Spa and balneo...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the residence's private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate any type of vehicle.

- Nearest train station: Agde train station located at 8 km (15 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport located 16 km away (20 min by car).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
