About this property

Townhouse finished in 2021. Two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with attached garage. Master and second bedroom each have one queen bed and third bedroom with 2 queen beds with linens included. Open concept first floor includes kitchen with island seating; large expandable dining table and comfy living room with gas fireplace and smart TV. All basic kitchen necessities are stocked included Keurig, crockpot, blender, serving dishes and plenty of glasses. Open den area upstairs with additional couch and smart TV. Private patio off living room with fire pit and grill and seating. Lots of open common space in complex for yard games. Attached garage is for great parking and for ski equipment or bikes in the summer. Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet, restrictions and fees apply. Please inquire about rates on long term rentals. We aim to make your stay carefree.

Wedding lodging

Wanted a place to stay away from the wedding venue. This townhouse fit the bill. Clean, and quiet. Short walk into the charming town.

Two friends wanting to provide others with great accommodations for visiting one of our favorite places when we will not be there. Both born and raised Buffaloians.

Why they chose this property

Ellicottville is becoming very popular and it has options for all lifestyles. Close to home for us but far enough to feel like we are on vacation when visiting ourselves. Well maintained complex that is still growing. Just a few minutes from the village yet no huge crowds on the front lawn.

What makes this property unique

We try to go the extra step to enhance the trip. From a couple keurig pods to sandwich bags and travel mugs to use while walking to town. These provide the comfort of home without filling your car to the roof.
