About this property

Our home is a single level home, 2 bed 1 bath, with a country feel. Buddy and Babes is located in the best area of town, minutes to downtown where all the fun happens. We offer a Huge fenced In yard, and your dogs are welcome with additional cleaning fee (also has a doggy door): Our kid friendly home Includes a pack n play, kids dishes, sandpit, trampoline, swing and sanitized toys for your little ones. Plenty of family games for game night. Master offers a cozy king bed, blackout curtains, and a Smart TV. Second bedroom offers a bunk bed with additional trundle. Sunroom offers a pullout queen sofa bed, and laundry room also offers sleeping with a full size futon. We are located on a very quiet dead end road. No carpet, wood flooring throughout. Home away from home! 4 minutes to UNL stadium, casino, pennacle bank arena, and the Haymarket.

Our ad shows 3 bedrooms, but its a 2 bed 1 bath. My description says 2, but the ad pops up as 3, I can't figure out how to correct it.

Great cozy home!

This was a great place to stay! The house was very clean and fit the description to a tee. Excellent communication with the owner who was very quick to respond to all of our questions. They provided all of the basic amenities and more than we needed...even dog bowls, poop bags and treats for our dog which was a pleasant surprise! The hot tub is amazing and the fenced in backyard made it much less stressful to bring our dog. She loved watching all of the wildlife in the area!! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable

We loved the sweet home and its updated rooms and decor. Happily used the toaster, oven, washer/dryer. Loved the welcome notes, especially the one inside the fridge :) Able to watch our shows via a smart TV and the bed was comfortable. The sunroom was especially handy since it snowed during our stay, for taking off and putting on our shoes/boots/coats etc :) Would stay again!

House is small and oddly arranged. The primary bedroom is across the house from the bathroom. The futon in the laundry room is very hard. The lightbulbs were out over the kitchen sink and in the fridge. The snow was never scooped to the front door and steps despite owner assurance snow removal crew would arrive the day after the storm. There is also a ledge/curb to the side of the back door that is dangerous. My mother in law fell after stepping on it under the snow. Despite cleaning up after our dogs we were charged an extra fee to clean up dog waste - which was not located in the snow. The fee was charged three days after we left, presumably when the snow melted. I notice they blamed the snow cover for hiding it in the response to the next guest. It’s hard to find places that take pets, sorry we won’t stay here again.

Not sure if it worths the money

The house is very well located and we love the fact that there were toys for kids to play with and plates, cups and silverware for kids. On the other hand, the backyard was very dirty with dog pop, the third room is not really a bedroom it is a laundry room.

Great home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay. The house was perfect for our family to relax, play games, and cook meals. There were enough beds for everybody and a nice fenced in yard for our pup. Kitchen was well stocked and home was close to everything we wanted to do in Lincoln. Thanks for a great stay!

Why they chose this property

This is your country home to RELAX! Let the kids play in our fenced in yard, or even in the front yard on the dead end street. Enjoy listening to the birds chirp while having a cocktail and BBQ your dinner. Home is very well laid out and roomy. We are close to EVERYTHING. Highway 77 and Pioneer Blvd are major cross streets. This home is a 2 bed 1 bath plus large laundry room and large sunroom, both with extra beds.
