The Space:
Yachta-Yachta has everything you desire in this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo close to Port Aransas Beach. Sleeping 6, this home is only a short stroll to the beach, local shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen that has everything you need to cook your local fresh catch of the day. The dining area offers a dining table with seating for four. The living room offers warm plush furniture with a queen sleeper sofa and 55" smart TV.

The master bedroom offers a plush King size bed, 40" smart TV, private bath and balcony. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed with a 40" smart TV. This bedroom offers access to the private balcony. The guest bedroom shares a bathroom that is located in the hallway.

This coastal home provides ALL your vacation needs.

After a fun day in Port A, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool. Enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and everything that Port A has to offer.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed. This condo is on the second floor, there is not elevator access for this unit.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.
• Every home has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basics including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and keurig.
• A starter setup of two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent pods, dish soap and sponge (we suggest you bring additional of these items).
• Parking is included at every property, but make sure you understand exactly how many vehicles can park at the property you’re renting.

Great stay

Stayed for 4 days, convenient location and great communication with property manager. Property pictures fit the description and the place was comfortable and quiet at night. ;)

Great Vacation Escape!

The check in was easy. Just a few minutes drive to the beach. Very conveniently close. Upon arrival everything was clean and feeling fresh. Everything worked perfect. AC, fridge, and appliances were there for our convenience. Overall a good size for our family of 4 and can easily fit 6 with plenty of room. The convenience of having two bathrooms after a whole day at the beach was really nice. No waiting. *The only thing was the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for anyone with more than 4 people in their party. So an inflatable bed would be better to bring as option. But other than that the beds were nice and clean as well as all linens. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
