This house is unique on the Swedish coast. It is located directly on the sea and has access to a secluded bathing spot. The house itself is modern and comfortable with a large open living and kitchen area and a cosy fire place. Large window fronts provide spectacular views of the sea and cliffs directly outside the house. Three bedrooms in the back of the house provide private space. The house is fully equipped and has geothermal floor heating. The house is surrounded by several patios for sun bathing and outdoor dining. The surroundings are perfect for swimming and hiking. Vallda Peninsula nature reserve is just a 10 minute drive away.

Tolle Aussicht

Schönes Haus in guter Lage. Leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch ist bei der Ausstattung alles vorhanden und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr schnell und gut.

Gemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben die Woche im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Man merkt, dass das Haus vom Vermieter selbst genutzt wird: vom Kartoffelstampfer über Spielesammlung bis zum Weber-Grill ist alles vorhanden! Die Beschreibung mit den vier Schlafzimmern trifft es nicht ganz: es sind drei Schlafzimmer und zwei offene große Wohnzimmer (in dem einen davon steht eine Schlafcouch). Man schläft herrlich ruhig - lediglich die Bettenbreite fanden wir nicht optimal. Die Einzelbetten dürften 80cm Breite haben, das Doppelbett hat 140cm. Für Urlauber mit kleineren Kindern der Hinweis, dass sich auf Grund der Lage im und vor dem Haus mehrere Stufen befinden. Für den kurzen Weg zum Meer sollte man beachten, dass es von großen Felsen und Steinen (toll für größere Kinder) gleich tiefer ins Wasser geht. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung FÜR das Haus: uns werden vor allem der schöne unverbaute Blick auf das Meer und die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge in Erinnerung bleiben!
