About this property

Our house is located in a quiet street of the historic center and can accommodate 5 people. It was renovated in spring 2014. On the first floor there is a large room (about 30m2) with kitchen, eating area and salon. A small balcony without vis-à-vis invites you to coffee or aperitif. Bedroom and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. There are a total of 5 beds: a large queen-sized bed (1.60 x 2.00), a single bed (0,90 x 2,00) and a sofa (1,40 x 2,00). All mattresses are high quality and new. On the ground floor our guests have a garage for motorcycles, bicycles, ... washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, raclette, fondue. Linens and towels are included in the price.

Un bon séjour à Pézenas

Charmante petite maison de ville bien décorée en plein centre de Pézenas. Un accueil sympathique de Kerstin et son mari. Nous recommandons.

Einfach ein schöner Urlaub

Ein sehr hübsches, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Häuschen am Rand der Altstadt. Uns fehlte nichts. Von hier aus kann man in wenigen Gehminuten die historische Altstadt erkunden. An dem großen Parkplatz kriegt man immer einen Stellplatz, wenn dieser nicht, wie bei uns, wegen Festen o. Bauarbeiten gesperrt ist. Ausflugsziele in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es genug, in ca. 20 Minuten (Auto) ist man am Meer.
