Downtown West Cape May 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Easy walking distance to all the amenities of West Cape May and Cape May. Straight down Broadway will take you to the beautiful beaches of Cape May. First floor features a pleasant living room and a large dining area off of the bright kitchen with laundry closet. There is a half bath of the first floor. There is a backyard patio with a table to dine outdoors with a grill to cook all the fresh local seafood and farm produce. Enjoy the covered front and side porch to sit in the rockers and watch the neighborhood go by. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with attached bath. The two guest bedrooms are roomy and share a hall bath. Nice big windows throughout the home that let in lots of light. There is an outdoor shower and driveway parking for two cars. On street parking, with no meters, is also available. This townhouse is the left side of a two townhouse property but offers plenty of privacy from the neighbor and feels like a single family home.
