Beware

Contacted host 4 days prior to travel to discuss possibility of refund but host never replied. Txt him everyday until travel with NO reply. Contacted VRBO who were unhelpful. The day of our check-in, host finally replies and tells me he cancelled our reservation but reservation still active on App. This was a nightmare! Vrbo did nothing and host unwilling to offer any refund or credit even after telling me he had already re-rented unit to someone else. Losing my faith in Vrbo. (Never saw this unit so can not rate cleanliness, accuracy of listing, etc but review makes me address all prior to posting)
