We stayed for 68 nights. Nice to be close to the Bridge. Our contact, Ryan, was very accommodating meeting all our requests. Actually had a new washer and dryer installed. That being said, the house could really use a good deep cleaning. The front entryway and back patio were sorely in need of a broom when we arrived. Lots of kitchen utensils but no glass storage containers. Nice glasses and dishes. Beds are very comfortable! There is no landscaping whatsoever. It is just desert and the back of other peoples houses. We did enjoy sitting in the sun and you are pretty protected on windy days. Felt very safe in this area. Ice maker and water dispenser in the frig do not work. Some TV remotes don’t work. All in all, once we cleaned all the baseboards and doors and door frames, replaced the furnace filter and scrubbed all the grates, cleaned light fixtures and ceiling fans we enjoyed our stay. It is Roku and Amazon Fire TV etc. so if you’re not used to using those it is a nightmare for someone used to DISH network. It rained when we arrived and there was a leak in the hall. Ryan did have a roofer come and fix it. Also, we had never seen the mud trails that termites make. Spent a fair amount of time sweeping from the ceiling and cleaning. 2 to 3 stars after cleaned for our stay.
