We propose to you to the rent, in Herbignac, this charming house of a surface of 105 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 21 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 402 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you !

The single-storey house is composed as follows:

- A living room of 21 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, food scale, chopper (onions, garlic, parsley ...), device for cutting vegetables, potatoes
Escape night :
- Room 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Room 3: a double bed (140×190), an extra bed for 1 person (folding bed), sheets included,
- A bathroom with shower, towels not included
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 402 m² as well as a courtyard in front of the house. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue to come mid-April

The house is ideally located in Herbignac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- You can park directly on the private parking of the house (not numbered), the back of the house can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
- Nearest train station: La Baule Escoublac train station located at 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport located at about 1 hour by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the house.
- The attic is not accessible.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be required.
