This two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 7 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features an elegant beach decor and HDTV. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV, and private full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the hallway.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available for purchase on site. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Overall the condo was very nice. Great view. Some items that need replacing are the rug in the living room (dirt made our socks and feet black) and the bunk beds had broken wood making me question the safety of it.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean and in a good location. The only thing I would change if i were the owner is the condo needs an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, and maybe a couple of lounge chairs on the balcony to lay down and relax on. Also the hot water heater must be set too low because the 3 of us couldn’t all take a shower without the water getting cold. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay in Lighthouse 1109!

My best friend and her little boy and myself stayed in Lighthouse 1109 and had the best time! This was the boys first time to the beach and he was so excited about the amazing view. He also especially loved the bunk beds and the big tub in the master bathroom. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and the master mattress was extremely comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view was wide open both ways from the balcony and even from inside the condo. We loved the nice balcony furniture, it was so comfortable. We loved the Lighthouse. It has so many amazing pools and hot tubs and 5 elevators and a huge, wide beach and a great location that can't be beat. We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

Family of 4 Vacation! Will return!

Perfect location! Wonderful amenities. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the pool, beach access, balcony and everything nearby! Door dash even delivered to us one morning (we forgot coffee filters). Would definitely return! My only complaint is that I had to clean upon arrival. The tub was very grimy. Layers of dust on many pieces of furniture and the door across from laundry room. Seeing this, I couldn’t trust the cleanliness of bedding or kitchen items. I had to clean tub and shower before I felt ok to use. I always bring my own bed linens. Many areas of condo need paint, sheet rocking, loose electrical sockets. However, nothing that ruined my stay or made me feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I did not reach out within 12 hours to get it cleaned because I wasn’t going to spend the little time I had waiting around for cleaning staff. I took photos and will address with management. We had a fantastic time and those things can be easily fixed.
