1 bedroom apartment completely renovated and air-conditioned at the gates of Monaco, 9 minutes walk from the famous "Casino De Paris" square. The 26 m2 apartment is comfortable for a nice stay. Double bed (140x200) in the bedroom and sofa convertible into a real double bed (140x200) in the living room, 2 flat-screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine ) Bathroom with walk-in shower. Balcony The apartment has been completely renovated with taste by an architect. You can access the apartment 24 hours a day Towels and sheets are provided. The Apartment is air-conditioned. Wi-Fi Internet Netflix on both TVs “Liberation” public car park nearby, accessible by escalator 3rd floor without elevator.

In two words do not It is so misleading The escalator is 1,000 steps and it is not in the property it gets you to the property. You have several more flights of stairs through a filthy mold-ridden stairwell to reach the apartment Imagine with bags Only suited to young people It's one apartment split into two so it's small, new Ikea stuff but small not two bedrooms two beds is about it No dining table No oven No room Views yes from the nosebleed section of Beausoleil NOT Monaco Not Monte-Carlo We were ripped off in what we thought we were buying and what was delivered but it was Grand Prix season Any older person can likely not get to the unit with the stairs Beware I have photos but cannot load them
