Well maintained and just been repainted externally, is this large 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home with private pool and spa in the gated community of High Grove. Large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large walk in shower. Great washer/drier , and large refrigerator adds to a pleasurable stay. Please note this home does not have a games room.
Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking at $25 per day.New pool heater installed.

Awesome Spring Break

I stayed in this property with my family (4 adults, 2 children) for a week during Spring Break. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The house was beautiful and close to restaurants and grocery shopping (Walmart and Publix). Communication with Daren was quick and efficient, and we had no major issues during our stay. Though not mentioned in the listing, the house also comes with access to the community clubhouse and a playground/mini-golf course that was a hit with our 4-year-old. The gated community was quiet and well-maintained. I would recommend this property to families looking for a great vacation. Also, for those with young children who may not want to spend the $$$ on Disney, be sure to check out the Orlando Science Center, Legoland, and the Crayola Experience for cheaper fun!

Great experience

This was the 1st time we have experienced renting a home. The house was perfect. Very clean. The pool was great. There were plenty of beach towels. The area was convenient. It was a great experience. We will rent again. The house was really more than we expected.
