We booked this appt for 4 nights. We were already in Frejus for 2 weeks before comming here at another beautiful property only 5 mnts from here, so we came and check where this building was. Location was great however 24 hrs before check in, we were told is the ground floor. We did not know that and this is not advertised. We checked in the day after 3 pm. By the way, the appt has no number outside so we took a guess which door we're goint to try. The key worked on the first door we tried so thank God for that. When we entered it looked like bomb had exploded in the app. It was obvious that no one came to clean after the previous guests had left. I dived right in cleaning and send a msg to the owner. After 15 mnts a knock on the window got my attention. It was 4 pm. 2 ladys were screaming at me why i checked early. With my broken french I tried to explain that I got confirmation to check in at 3 pm and I have that in writing from the owner and the agency. They were on the phone with anothe lady who i could here screaming that the check in was at 4 pm not 3. I said to them that if the check in was at 4 pm what were they doing here at 4.05 ? They should have come and clean right after 10 am check out time. Appart from that, being on the ground floor and right next to a pub, the noise was horrible, no privacy at all. There is no coffee machine as advertised, it was stolen long time ago just so you know not to be pinned on you. I do not recommend this appt for families with kids.
