Beach block 2nd floor at an affordable price. This 3 Bedroom second floor duplex has the charm of the Jersey Shore and sleeps 8. Off street parking for two cars, Left-hand driveway is for tenants. 4 window AC units and close to the beach and Promenade. This home has 3 queen beds and a queen size sofa bed. There is an outside shower and wrap-a-round front deck. Washer & dryer are in a separate room in the back of the house on the ground level, next to the outside shower and are shared with the 1st Floor unit. Per the property owner, NO beach chairs provided. Right hand driveway is for owner only.
