Feels larger than it looks
To be honest when we first booked we weren’t sure 11 of us would fit in the unit. However, when we arrived the unit felt bigger than the pictures showed. Check in was super easy. We did have some communication drop off with questions prior to our stay but it was nothing urgent and I was able to address those upon check in.
Our only concerns during the stay were the listing states no stairs and the fact people weren’t supposed to park trailers in the main parking lot but they did. While it is partially true you can access the unit without stairs, it is fully dependent on where you park or drop off your guests. Sometimes we weren’t able to park where there were no stairs so had to drop my 90yo grandfather off so he didn’t have to try and manage them.
There were also constantly people parked with trailers with boats or jet skis taking up multiple parking spots despite the policy against it. I feel they need to have a more severe consequence to actually discourage this.
Overall the employees were helpful, the stay was peaceful and I merely wish we’d had more time to enjoy some of the amenities!
