The apartment consists of two bedrooms facing south: the first has a 160 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) as well as a wardrobe with wardrobe, while the second offers a 140 cm bed. The toilets are independent and the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The large living room, including a television and a 140 cm sofa bed, as well as the dining room, facing north, give access to the terrace. The terrace, with an area of almost 9 m², faces north and is furnished, thus offering an ideal space to enjoy the view of the Arcachon Bay.
