The apartment is located on a 1. 500 sqm plot in the renovated country house Bülow.

This spacious 2-room apartment (66sqm) on the mezzanine floor has large bright rooms, which are equipped with comfortable softwood furniture. In the large living room there is hi-fi system and satellite flat screen TV and a sofa bed to accommodate unexpected visit. In the living room and bedroom, the floors are made of Pitch-Pine jungle wood. The large windows let in lots of light in the rooms, so you can feel comfortable even in bad weather.

The house has a large lawn and a fortified barbecue area. Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are sufficiently available on the property.

Gelungener Urlaub

Trotz Coronakrise wurde alles gut geregelt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Ferienwohnung ist super- insbesondere für Babys u Kleinkinder (es gibt dort sogar Spielzeug). Wir sind begeistert und werden auch zukünftig dort unterkommen wollen. Vielen Dank

Tolles Quartier

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Klasse, aber ....

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, unsere Wohnung Deichgraf war gut. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Leider war im September die Heizung noch nicht angestellt. Wir haben aber auch nicht der Verwaltung Bescheid gesagt. Vllt. ist man im Norden andere Temperaturen gewohnt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Zufahrt zum Haus. Mit einem SUV kein Problem, mit einem normalen Auto bzw. vllt. sogar tiefergelegtem Auto grenzwertig, denn die Zufahrt besteht aus einem nicht befestigtem Weg mit tiefen Löchern. Hier sollte man zumindestens mal den Weg mit Kies auffüllen.
