Located in Lyon's 6th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Parc de la Tête d'Or, transport links and local shops. Le Duguesclin is nestled on the 6th floor of a 60's building, with elevator. A residential neighborhood renowned for its calm.

A 50 m2 through-apartment:
- a spacious entrance, opening onto a sliding glass door leading to a living room with a sofa bed for one person, TV and wifi.
- A bedroom with a 180cm bed (two twin beds) and a large storage cupboard.
- An independent toilet
- A bathroom (Italian shower).
- A fully-equipped modern kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.).

A very cosy place, recently renovated, with recent equipment and careful decoration. Warm colors will make you feel like in a little cocoon. Two small balconies make up this bright apartment.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the conditions subscribed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

Other comments:
- During your stay, you will be welcomed by our Cocoonr team, and bed linen, towels and a few necessities will be provided.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures can also be carried out on arrival and departure.
