About this property

The Space:
Casa Lemonada is a spacious open floor plan and fully equipped one bedroom condo. The living area offers a queen size sleeper sofa with a 55” flat screen TV. The full sized kitchen offers everything to cook your catch of the day and you’re able to entertain your guest.

The master bedroom offers a plush king size bed, 40” smart TV. The master bedroom also has a private balcony/patio to enjoy the evening breezes or enjoy your morning coffee.

After a fun day in Port A, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool. Enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and everything that Port A has to offer.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.
• Every home has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basics including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and keurig.
• A starter setup of two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent pods, dish soap and sponge (we suggest you bring additional of these items).
• Parking is included at every property, but make sure you understand exactly how many vehicles can park at the property you’re renting.

Great just thought it would be closer to beach

It said on VRBO it was 9min walk to beach but it was 26 min walk

This place was well worth it. I don’t have any complaints. It was cozy and perfect for my son and I. With its fully loaded kitchen ready for use , huge king size bed to the deep tub to soak in it made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was very close to the beach as well. I would definitely book another stay here.

Great place

Overall, we were very pleased with this place! It was spacious and had a comfortable room. We liked how it has a washer and drier so we could wash towels and swimming suits. We travelled with two kids (10 & 7) and had planned for them to sleep on the sofa bed, but unfortunately it was not very comfortable for them. Perhaps it might be just fine for one kid or smaller children. Except for that the place was great, clean and spacious! Communication was great and we did not have any issues.

Comfort

Kitchen was awesome. So was bedroom. Bathroom needs support bars on tub which is too high for 76 year olds and nonslip treads in tub. I had to place a towel in tub so I would not slip. Sofa needs to be replaced; too lumpy and creaky.

Perfect for two!

We have stayed in these apartments multiple times. Always clean, plenty of linens, close to the beach, allows pets. The only negatives are the LG tv is very hard to find channels on and if you have pets watch out for the stickers.
