About this property

Es una casa campestre perfecta para descansar y conectarse con la naturaleza y el campo. A sólo 45 minutos de Cali, llegando al corregimiento del Carmen, su ubicación es ideal para hacer ecoturismo, ciclo-montañismo, senderismo, caminatas ecológicas por bosques de eucaliptos, avistamiento de aves, y cabalgatas, entre otros planes. Está ubicada a pocos metros de Rancho Claro y las playas del Carmen. Tiene piscina, mesa de billar y cancha para fútbol 6.

Es una casa tradicional con 3 habitaciones internas y una externa, sala, comedor, cocina, cuarto de servicio con baño. Dentro de la casa hay 3 baños, incluyendo el del servicio, y en la parte exterior, la habitación con dos camas dobles tiene baño propio con ducha eléctrica. La finca consta de piscina, asador, cancha de fútbol 6, parlantes ubicados estratégicamente alrededor de la casa y zonas de estar tanto en la parte de adelante como atrás de la casa donde se pueden poner hamacas para descansar al aire libre.

La finca tiene servicio de Wi-Fi satelital (presenta intermitencias dependiendo del clima), DirecTV y reproductor de DVD. ( los televisores no son HD)
