We propose to you to the rent, in Cogolin, this charming studio with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 17 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 12 m², an equipped kitchenette, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 12 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: New bedding, washing machine, fan.

Outside :
- A covered and shaded terrace, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Common area:
- A swimming pool, shared, not heated, open all year round. The access is through a gate, security barriers are around the pool. Opening time is not contractual, subject to change according to weather conditions.
- A tennis court in free access.

The apartment is ideally located in Cogolin, in a very pleasant environment within a private, secure and quiet residence. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
The residence is close to Saint-Tropez, the beach and also has a restaurant.

Activities :
- Tourist sites : Saint-Tropez (between glamorous authenticity and conviviality), Port-Grimaud, the Estérel massif (natural jewel of the French Riviera), Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Saint Raphaël, Fréjus...
- Sporting activities : Beaches and swimming to spend idle moments, various nautical activities, numerous hikes...
- Cultural visits : The Thoronet Abbey, the Châteauaudouble...
- Gastronomic heritage : the tapenade, the tropézienne pie, the honey of Provence....
- Events : Nice Carnival, Nice Jazz Festival...

Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking (1 vehicle).
- Nearest train station : Hyères located at about 50 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Nice located at about 1h25 by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only, subject to modification by our partner.
Double bed kit 140 - 160 (2 pillowcases, 1 comforter cover 140 -160, 1 single sheet 140-160) + 2 bath towels : 30€/bed.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the household appliances after use.
- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
