PARKING: Garage parking for one car and a community parking permit is required.
AMENITIES: Elevator building, recently renovated outdoor pool, meeting room, library, game room, secured parking garage, coin-operated washer and dryer on site, Wi-Fi, and cable tv.
THINGS TO KNOW: The building AC is turned on 05/15-10/15th. Reservations must be seven nights or longer, and during the prime season, the turnover day is Saturday. No pets and no visiting pets. Linens and paper products are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental option to guests. Non-smoking building!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
