Garage and den/4th bedroom on 1st floor. 2nd floor features front deck, off the living room, that faces 49th Street, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and laundry room new granite tops in the kitchen , new flooring throughout. . Top floor features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Central air. There is no outside shower at all at this condo complex. Trundle bed under the double bed. Great vacation location! Steps to the beach, book this unit today as it will not last long!!
