The Space

Modern apartment, loft-style designed but perfect for hosting your next family visit or enjoying with friends. There is one bedroom upstairs that is open in the living room but closed by a very large curtain. There is one bathroom upstairs with a toilet. Downstairs there is one sofa bed and one toilet, an open kitchen with living rooms and a terrasse with a spectacular view on the sea and Tel Aviv! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or an aperitif from the comfort of your own balcony while watching the sunset. You will be staying in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv’s most chic neighborhood, but only a 10-minute walk away from the beach!

Neve Tzedek is one of the most picturesque areas in the city, formerly known as the artists’ quarter. The main street is full of cafes, high-end restaurants, and shopping boutiques, while the small surrounding streets are full of architectural examples of Bauhaus and eclectic style. You can find the new popular Park Hamesila only one minute away, which will lead you straight to the promenade and beach. You are only 5 minute-walk away from the famous Rothschild Boulevard and and 10 from the historic part of Jaffa.

Beautiful view, excellent location but not as great overall , not worth the money

We were able to check in earlier and that was wonderful. We parked our car inside the building which was helpful. Getting in was easy too. However, the apartment wasn’t clean. I needed to sweep the floor as it was dirty. I took a picture to show the company who rented the place. They said they will send the team to clean but I already did it. I’m expecting a clean apartment especially when they charge you a lot for cleaning. Meaning, the guest before me paid so I will have it cleaned like I paid for the next person. So the expectation is a clean place. They didn’t have a laundry rack so I got one. Was told it should be there by one person from the company but then realized that there are 5 members from the company who are answering questions via WhatsApp. Another person told me that the washer machine is new and that is why they don’t have one. Paid for a rac and was promised to be reimbursed. So far didn’t get any. We were four of us. Towels were just enough for use to each one. Had only one extra set. We were there for 5 nights… not enough at all. AC didn’t work well and we needed to asked them to fix it. On the top floor the AC doesn’t work well and we were hot. Tel Aviv which is hot and humid. In the kitchen they had silverware that were just put in a random aluminum cake pan- forks and knives. Spoons were plastic. The iron board cover was covered with stains. The water kettle was so dirty inside. My deposit almost a week later and still didn’t get it.
