Crystal Sands is a beachfront condo that is low-density and is situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This newly upgraded unit offers the benefit of the ground floor with easy access in and out to the beach. The property offers free parking with a direct entry from the parking and to the beach.
The unit has beach service already paid for you which includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Not all the units have this great amenity!

Great time as always

We had a wonderful time. We have stayed here before. We did not have beach chair service, it did end the day we arrived. We were allowed early check in for an added cost which was great. The twin bunks had a bunch of sand in between the covers. Not sure why, but that was a bit disappointing. My husband noticed it when he was trying to take a nap since the baby was napping in the main bedroom. Place is a little worn down but still worth it. It’s very safe and has beautiful beach front view with such easy access.

This place is beautiful!! Everything you could need is already there, dishes, linens, towels, heck they even had beach toys for my son there already! Was such a fun and pleasant experience! When we couldn’t program the remote, we messaged MaryBeth and she couldn’t have been more hospitable! Looking forward to doing business with her again! Def great for the family and the beach is next door so that’s a huge plus!!

Great beach location. Unit is not clean.

The location and beach are great. The unit was dirty. Appliances were sticky. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Floors had not been mopped or swept. If they had cleaned the bedroom, they would have noticed the light was burned out. Other than it just being nasty, the location was ideal.
