Gorgeous A-frame sunny 3-bed, 2-bath house, with 18 x 38 heated saline pool, on quiet street, 5 mins bike ride or drive from Maidstone Beach with beautiful sunsets, Rita Cantina and Botswicks on the Harbor (all 3-5 mins drive or 20 mins walk), Paddle Diva, and more. 5 mins walk to S&S corner store, small supermarket, and restaurant. 10 mins drive to East Hampton and Amagansett villages / train stations. Cathedral ceilings in main room with open plan kitchen, dining (!0-person table) and living area with blue pot-belly stove, and gorgeous sunroom south facing onto deck. Designer furniture from Ligne Roset and Lago, Samsung and Miele appliances, Nespresso machine, use of two bicycle allowed. Lovely wrap-around outdoor deck with rocking chairs and smoker/BBQ Traeger grill.
Outside you will find a wrap-around deck with several seating areas: Adarondak / lounging chairs near the entrance, a 10-person outdoor dining table, and a sofa/lounge area near the pool.
The heated saline pool is 18x38 with a black liner, and can be heated via wifi controller and is surrounded by a gorgeous new sandstone patio with 4 pool chair loungers and another sofa area. Beach towels included!

Half French, half British, I bought the property a few months ago and installed a brand new pool and updated the kitchen and master bedroom floors and closet. I love interior design through furniture, art, wall paper and other design elements.

Why they chose this property

It's so close to beach and I much prefer the calm waters of the bay for paddle boarding and kids, there is a cute cafe + diner 5 mins walk away. The house is very sunny and quiet as on a small street which gets no through traffic. There are fun elements and colors including Ligne Roset and Lago designer furniture. The best bit has to be the pool though because it's so relaxing throughout the day - my favorite time is probably a 4-5pm swim as the surrounding trees are particularly beautiful in that light.
