When you enter the house, you enter directly into a large living room composed of the lounge, the living room and a nice fully equipped kitchen open on the living room. The living room gives direct access to the large wooden terrace opening onto a fully enclosed garden.
Ideal for the return from the beach, you will also find on the ground floor a small bathroom with shower and sink. It is located in a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a wardrobe and all the necessary equipment for the maintenance of the house. Finally, you will also find an independent toilet.

The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds (90x200) which can also be used as a king size bed (180x200). The third and last bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, one 90x200 and the other 80x190, ideal for 2 children.

The house is located on a nice garden of 680m², fully fenced, so children can play safely while parents enjoy the large wooden terrace equipped with all the necessary equipment (garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs).

The house is located 600m from the beautiful beach of Treompan. You can easily walk to the beach.

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made of 100% local products, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque harbour of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the navy museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
