We propose to you with the hiring, with Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming studio with sight on the port, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Interior:
- A living room of 20 m² with a TV, with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower and towel dryer
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
- You will be able to park in a free public parking nearby
- Nearest train station : Mathieu Eglise station (14 min)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport (31 min)

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Washing machine and dishwasher pads are not provided.
