Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Modern and airy, with an open kitchen, a large sundeck for sunbathing and a conservatory for lunch shade in the summer or dinner in the sunset. Comfortable bedrooms, all with king size beds and 3 bathrooms.
25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City.
The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.

Spacious and comfortable

Clean, bright and friendly, very spacious, high quality interior. We spent a very enjoyable and comfortable long weekend there and would gladly do it again :).

Truly fabulous!

Great, very communicative hosts, really efficient cleaner, a lovely little town with a good choice of facilities, a truly stunning beach just a 5 minute walk from this fabulous a meticulously refurbished property, what more can I say?! A fabulous VRBO property to which we intend to return!

Why they chose this property

The Ljunghusen villa is a gem. We have put our heart and soul into renovating and decorating it so it would become an optimal vacation house with focus on comfort and relaxation. It is light and airy, has lots of storage options so it is easy to keep neat and clean.
It is located in a quite neighbourhood with beautiful nature, close to golf and other sports and beaches.
We hope that our guest will appreciate it like we do and take good care of it for us.

Clean, airy, fresh and modern.
Large comfortable outdoor space in addition to the villa with a conservatory with glass doors that are possible to fold away completely for warm summer nights or if you want more shade on warm summer days than the sunumbrellas offer.
3 minutes walk to the beach - the best beach in Sweden! :)
A bakery, Anna Bageri, is located just down the road where you can get fresh bread every morning.
