Checkin is worse than a hotel

Pros: Super nice staff, very large room, very large pool. Gym was nice. Great round kitchen table seating six. Cons: The people were super nice but to check in took 30 minutes after waiting in line to start. They wanted to know the name of each guest and a phone number for our two units and my home address and email. After we go through the whole thing (30 minutes no joke) she mentioned something about there being wear and tear on the units we booked. So I asked if we could be in the remodeled section. So then she graciously changed our rooms to the better section without a view of the pool. I don't care about the view of the pool so that was good. We were there with our two year old so waiting in line to ask all the things VRBO already knows was irritating. The bathrooms are cheaply finished and have plastic inserts for the tub. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards are cheap and falling apart. (in the newly remodeled one's) The laundry machines on each floor were sad. Two out of three were out of order. Read the fine print - luckily I did. Extra fees for the parking and the pool when you arrive.
