Late arrivals and departures are possible at extra cost.

On arrival, you'll find all you need for your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges.

Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included.

A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage cans removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer our tenants who don't want to think about cleaning before their departure, a "full cleaning" package which will be charged at 30€/hour.
