This sublime 65 m² house combines elegance and modernity in the heart of the Ardèche. Bathed in natural light, this cottage offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for those looking for a cocoon of tranquility and serenity.

This can accommodate up to 6 people. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed with high quality mattress with dressing room.

You will enjoy a bathroom with a large -format walk -in shower and a hanging toilet.

The living room includes fully equipped open kitchen, a pleasant dinner space, as well as a calm and spacious stay to relax and share moments of conviviality with family or friends. The Booa has a ideal private swimming pool and garden to relax in peace with panoramic views of the mountains

Pool open in season from the beginning of June to the end of September depending on the outside temperatures (unheated).
