This one-bedroom unit is located in a family-friendly apartment complex just minutes away from the stunning seaside town of Cannes and a short trip to the sunny La Bocca Beach. Offering expansive views of the Riveria and overlooking a large pool, it's the perfect place to cool off during warm summer months or relax under the sun in the south of France.

The living area is snug yet airy, opening up to a private balcony with comfortable chairs and a sofa for ultimate relaxation. After exploring Cannes and nearby Nice, unwind by watching your favourite TV shows or enjoy meals at the family-style dining table, which can also serve as a workspace. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and crockery, allowing you to prepare a traditional French toast tartine and enjoy a cup of coffee with the complimentary Nespresso machine.

The cosy bedroom features a set of bunk beds, with a single bed above and a double bed below. The top bunk can be used for extra storage, and both beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom provides all the necessary essentials, including towels and toiletries, for your convenience.

By car, the distance between Cannes Centre Ville and Cannes Les Bocca is approximately 5 kilometres, taking around 10 minutes to reach. Alternatively, a train ride from Cannes Centre Ville to Cannes La Bocca station takes around 6 minutes.

The property is easily accessible by car and is within walking distance of Cannes La Bocca station (8 minutes by foot).

Cannes Centre Ville is 20 minutes by train from Cannes La Bocca, or 8-10 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 1 hour by train or 36 minutes by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
