Good location

Great location and apartment is somewhat in good shape. Smaller than anticipated and listing did not say one of the bedrooms was in the open kitchen/living area. Boiler stopped working, but was corrected quickly while on the phone with property manager. Two things that weren’t great is - we were staying for a month, and didn’t have supplies for the month. Extra towels, blankets and cleaning supplies would go a long way. Also making sure remotes have batteries they need. -heating control was in the common hallway and used by all tenants. So took us a bit to figure out where it was and always had to change it since others were using it as well. But the location is really good. Walking distance to the train station, the centre and also to two supermarkets.

Citytrip Delft

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Delft. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles fußläufig gut erreichen. Das Appartement haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Es ist alles da was man braucht. In der Ausschreibung fehlt allerdings der Hinweis darauf, dass wenn man in das obere Schlafzimmer gelangen möchte, das Appartement verlassen muss. Man gelangt vom Flur/Treppenhaus durch eine sep. Tür zu einer Treppe zum Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss.

Zentrale Lage OHNE beschriebenen Parkplatz

Irreführendes Inserat, da entgegen der Beschreibung KEIN Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück (Voraussetzung für unsere Buchung!!!) vorhanden war. Es war nicht einmal ein direkter Zugang mit dem Auto zur Wohnung zum Be- und Entladen vorhanden. Uns sind für die drei Tage zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von Euro 57,60 für das Parken entstanden. Erst am Tag vor Anreise wurden wir über den Standort und die Parksituation informiert. Wir bitten um zeitnahe Kostenerstattung. Das Apartment selbst war bis auf die ungepflegte Dachterrasse schön.

Geen 2 slaapkamers

Communicatie uitstekend, schoon zeker, dakterras leuk maar aan de weg, maar…… Ontzettend vervelend dat er een 2 persoonsbed in de leefruimte staat. 2e slaapkamer is via een gang naar boven. Geen water, geen toilet, dus s nachts naar het toilet terwijl daar anderen liggen te slapen! Niet fijn. Slaapkamer boven moet de raam dicht omdat er een hele drukke weg en fietspad onderdeel ramen voor ligt. Erg veel lawaai, de hele nacht. Ligging is uitstekend, maar wij zouden er nooit meer gebruik van maken.
