Not at all as described

The property was very poorly maintained and not at all as described. We didn't receive any check in details, and upon calling the host, they had to first verify if the booking was even confirmed. Upon the reaching the property, the ground floor (which the listing mentioned) was already occupied, so we were given the second floor instead. That didn't look anything like the pictures. The furniture was very old, the walls dirty. There was nothing in the kitchen besides a small fridge. No stove, cutlery or plates. By midnight there was almost no water running through the taps. It was a really bad experience and it would like a refund.
