Perfect fit for our fishing getaway.
Stayed here with my wife and another couple while we were fishing at Lake Wilhelm. Very comfortable house with plenty of room. Right off the main road but felt secluded surrounded by woods. Host was excellent and quickly responded to questions. House was clean and well furnished. Check In was very simple and convenient. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. Quiet and private location as well. Would be happy to stay there again if back in the area.

Beautiful Home!
The Brick House was hands down the cleanest home I have ever stayed in. All of the beds and furniture were super comfortable, and the kitchen and bath were well stocked! The hosts were super friendly and very responsive when we had a super minor issue. The property is absolutely beautiful, secluded yet close to anything you would need. It was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting for the eclipse! I would stay here again anytime. Thank you!!

Beautiful and peaceful
I've stayed at this property three times now. Everytime the house is so clean and comfortable, all well set in a peaceful private setting. I'll continue to book here everytime I travel to Sandy Lake!

About the host

Hosted by Sandy and Tim Clark

Host profile image
Tim and I have been married over 43 years. We have lived in the Stoneboro/Sandy Lake area for 35 years. The Brick House was owned by one of the oldest families in our community, our son and daughter in law bought it as their first home in 2010. As a family we have enjoyed working together to share our home with those who want a few days away in the country. We hope you enjoy your time away.

Why they chose this property

The home had stood empty for many years after the beloved owner passed away and the family didn't want to sell it or rent it to just anyone, so we bought it to help preserve the family legacy.

What makes this property unique

The Brick house sets off of the main road on a wooded lot with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the peace and quiet of the county and yet not far from the Interstate which will take you to a variety of activities.
