Historic Mill Estate on the Flat Rock River! This piece of history has been renovated to keep the classic charm of the property while adding some modern features. Originally built as a Mill in the 1840s, it was renovated into a home in the 1950s. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat on nearly 20 acres of pasture and woods right on the river is the perfect place to get away.

Amazing home

Adam was prompt in responding to my inquiries. While we did not need to contact him during our stay, I felt that if we needed him he would have been just as quick to respond. We stayed in winter, and the place was still beautiful and off the main strip. If the opportunity comes, we will stay here again, which is the highest praise I can think of. The house was built in the 1800s, so it is not a modern home, but that is one of its greatest charms. It does not have TVs or internet (a plus for us). We brought a hot spot with us, but it was nice to spend time with family and not with the gadgets.

Our weekend stay

Mill Estate is an incredible property and we tremendously enjoyed our weekend with friends. Adam is highly responsive and attentive. It was just an hour away from Indianapolis and was an easy drive. We certainly are going back there.

Loved the property and enjoyed our stay

We booked the property for our engagement party, the house looks much more beautiful compared to the pictures. Adam was an amazing host who addressed any issues we had immediately. We will definitely go back and spend another weekend there.
