The sandy beach of Hvidbjerg is beautifully white and here lies this vacation home. It is really nice, bright and has a winter garden. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one belongs to the bedroom and the other to the children's rooms. Outside, an enclosed garden awaits you, where your children can let off steam. You sit in the garden completely undisturbed. The beautiful surroundings invite you to go hiking and cycling. The beach is good for swimming in the summer. In Munkebjerg Skovene is a golf course and in Munkeberg a casino. The Madsby Legepark, a play park in Fredericia you can visit for free. In it there are, among other things, petting animals and mooncars.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Sauberkeit, lies zu wünschen übrig. Daran konnte auch neue Farbe an der Wand nichts ändern. Die genannte Zentralheizung entpuppte sich als einzelne Konvektoren in den Räumen, was im Winter nicht wirklich gut ist, da die Größe des Hauses die Heizkosten sonst ins unermessliche treibt und man mit den kleinen Dingern den Wohnbereich nicht ausreichend warm bekommt. Man ist gezwungen den Wohnbereich mit Holz zu heizen. Das oder die Bäder dürften auch einmal modernisiert werden. Die Ventilatoren waren ohne Gitter und mit Schimmel überzogen und dem Abfluss des Waschbeckens mit freiem Fall in den Boden fehlte ebenfalls das Schutzgitter, so dass man gespannt sein durfte, ob etwas aus dem Abfluss den Weg ins Haus findet. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden, ebenso Wasserkocher und Toaster. Auch das WLAN konnte punkten, da es sonst mit Handynetz eher schlecht aussieht. Holz zum Heizen lag gegen Entgeld bereit. DVD schauen war leider nicht möglich, da die Fernbedienung des Kombi Gerätes nicht vorlag um die Spracheinstellungen zu ändern. Bettzeug war auch ausreichend vorhanden, jedoch sollte man da nicht allzu pingelig auf den äußeren Zustand schauen. Kurzum: Es hätte mal getauscht werden dürfen, da nicht jeder sich mit solch fleckigem Bettzeug zudecken mag. In den Kinderzimmern gingen oder blieben leider die Türen nicht immer zu, da das Holz verzogen war und die Holzdielen könnten auch eine Erneuerung hier und da gebrauchen, da sie doch an einigen Stellen sehr stark beschädigt waren. Kurzum: Das Haus nebst Gelände sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, da reicht auch kein Eimer mehr Farbe aus. Das Außengelände hätte man wenigstens mal von den Zigaretten der Vormieter befreien können und die vergessenen Essensreste im Außenbereich hätte man auch vor Neubezug entfernen können. Die Bilder im Internet entstanden wohl bei Neubau und spiegeln nicht den jetzigen Zustand wieder. Es darf ja etwas alt und in die Jahre gekommen sein, aber sauber sollte es schon sein.
