The Good Mother - Duplex avec Vue sur Notre Dame de la Garde

The Good Mother is a superb 110 m2 duplex apartment with views of Notre Dame de la Garde from the 2 bedrooms. Completely renovated in 2021, it offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a small balcony overlooking the Notre Dame de la Garde basilica. Located right next to the Vieux Port, it's an ideal base for exploring the city. All means of transport and numerous bars and restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

Apartment layout :
The Good Mother is located on the 5th floor with elevator of a historic building, one of the first to benefit from the renovation of the city center with the Euroméditerranée project in the early 2000s.
The entrance hall features storage space and a toilet, and leads to the living areas.
- A large living room with TV, office area, dining area and kitchen organize this space. A long balcony runs the length of the room, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.
- Upstairs is the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, one of which adjoins a bedroom.
Each room has a window and a small balcony to relax on while admiring Notre Dame de la Garde (La bonne mère, or The Good Mother).

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules...

Other remarks:
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the conditions subscribed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

The Cocoonr service :
You will be greeted personally on site by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Marseille, who will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats also provided.

By staying in "The Good Mother" apartment, you're choosing a sought-after location and a view that's dear to all Marseillais, in an apartment with a tasteful decor.
The Vieux Port is the soul of Marseille, and Notre Dame de la Garde is the beacon of the Marseillais. This is the place to be in Marseille to enjoy the city, its shops and its seaside location. You'll only have to walk 2 minutes to catch the boats and visit Marseille's islands and calanques.

Transportation :
- The Vieux Port is Marseille's nerve center. All forms of transport are accessible : Metro / Tram / Bus / Boat / Bicycle / Scooter / Taxi.
-The Saint Charles train station is 10 minutes away by metro.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus from Saint Charles station. We advise you to use cabs or Uber drivers.
