Next to the living room is a large white dining table with 6 chairs, surrounded by beautiful wall arts.
The room is naturally well-lit thanks to multiple glass windows and doors giving access to a private balcony.

The kitchen at the apartment is nicely filled with wooden cabinets. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, and coffee maker.
The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, night tables, a wardrobe, a dedicated workspace, and beautiful decorations, mirrors, and rugs.
The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom includes two single beds, night tables with lamps, decorations, and wardrobe.A maid’s room is also available at the apartment; it has a single bed.

At the apartment, you’ll find a total of 3 bathroom, two of which include a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The third bathroom has a toilet, and a washbasin. All three bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, essentials like towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

- BUS STATIONS NEAR RIMAL 6:
There are also some bus stations in Jumeirah Beach Residence from which residents can catch a bus from. There is Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 2 Bus Station which is at a 3-minute drive. Marsa Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Residence Bus Station which is only at a 5-minute drive away.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR RIMAL 6:
There are a number of metro stations near Rimal 6, the closest being Damac Properties, which is at a 5-minute drive. The next closest station is DMCC Metro Station 1, which can be reached by car in 6 minutes. Other nearby metro stations are at Nakheel Harbour & Tower, Nakheel and Dubai Internet City Metro Station 2 at a distance of around 8 minutes.
