In fine weather, the lovingly landscaped garden invites you to enjoy the sun on the terrace and round off the day with an atmospheric barbecue.



In summer, the child-friendly sandy beach is sure to become a daily destination for swimming excursions. The beach is particularly ideal for small children, thanks to the fine sand and shallow water within the sandbanks. In Jægerspris you can visit the historic castle and treat yourself to a delicious ice cream. The mill in Jægerspris is still in operation and you can buy fresh flour there in the summer. Pack a picnic basket and explore Jægerspris Nordskov with its ancient trees. You can also visit Svanholm Manor and enjoy delicious food at the charming Gerlev Kro inn. The Isefjord is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing and kayaking. Take the ferry to Sølager and visit Hundested with its glassworks at the harbour and the local brewery.
