This beautiful and spacious upper corner condo is in the prime spot of centrally located Mesquite Golf & Country Club.

This two bedroom/two bath layout is ideal for maximum privacy with both bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. The views of the pool and the San Jacinto mountain ranges invite guests outside to enjoy the desert air on stylishly furnished double width balconies. Well maintained pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are only steps away.

With a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with new bamboo flooring, comfortable living room and two spacious bedrooms, all you need to bring is your toothbrush.

At the end of your perfect desert day, you'll find the Master bedroom features a large King bed, a 58" TV and an access to the back patio overlooking the pool as well as an ensuite bathroom that provides ample closets, a vanity and large tub.
Your guests can enjoy the secondary bedroom on the other side of the condo which provides a Queen bed, TV, and access to their own patio with breathtaking Mountain Views. The guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and features a shower/tub combo.

Great vacation!

Our property managers Oscar and Cassie were welcoming and were available if we needed anything. Their presence and kindness made our time in Palm Springs!

Gated-community Condo Living in PSP

Well-maintained property, with full access to pool and a Key Card to open the gate. Almost like being an owner. The property is well-furnished and ideal for two couples (the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the property :). One large deck overlooks the pool (photo) and another smaller one faces the awesome mountains. Will stay here again if it's available!

What A Great Experience

My first time at this property and I could not be more pleased. Only a couple of hiccups that were resolved very quickly. One was the AC in the unit, no instructions as how to adjust, the owner solved that quickly. Also the electronic lock was dead on our 2nd day, just dead batteries, again resolved within 30 minutes. Can't wait to go back
